Caring for the environment is our company´s concern, and this is why TEXSA Lubricants accompanies each stage of production, packaging, use and return of used packaging and waste.
Our industrial park is inspected and approved for operation by oversight agencies such as IAP (Parana Environmental Institute), IBAMA (Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources), the Firefighters´ Association, and ANP (National Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency). Our company also carries out a constant environmental monitoring of soil, air and water, fleet and vehicles, in order to minimize the emission of greenhouse gases.
The Brazilian law requires that manufacturers or importers become responsible for the gathering, collection and proper disposal of used oils.
Regulation No 362/05 was set forth by CONAMA (National Environment Council), the entity providing the standards that regulate the correct disposal of OLUC (used or polluted oils).
The collection of packaging and oil waste is carried out in several collection sites strategically srpead across the country, ensuring that collection is done in great numbers and lowering the risks of environmental damage.
This collection is carried out by companies certified and authorized by ANP (National Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency), next to service stations, gas stations, auto repair shops and car dealers, for example.
Texsa Lubricants takes pride in collecting and recycling more and more products and packaging beyond the standards set by the Brazilian law, complying with the law and especially preserving the life of the planet.
The packages collected go through an industrial process of decontamination and separation so that all these materials go back to the market as new packages (except for food packaging) or new products.
In addition to plastic packages, our products are collected for warehousing and transported in recycled cardboard boxes, which confirms our commitment to the protection of the environment.
